Celebrate the height of summer with an intimate cacao ceremony centered around joy, connection, and the abundant beauty of the season. Rooted in our Living in Season framework, this gathering invites you to sip heart-opening cacao, set intentions, and create your own dried flower bouquet as a reflection of your personal harvest. Through gentle rituals and shared presence, we’ll lean into the sweetness of summer—embracing community, creativity, and the richness of the moment.

Come learn Rocket Yoga through practice. Immerse yourself in the experience of the rocket with a unique blend of high energy classes, good music, lectures of the history of the practice, and moments with like minded practitioners. Aside from daily practice, this training incorporates plenty of drills, hands-on assist for asanas, inversions spotting and detailed instructions to take your practice to the next level.
