Since opening, both founders have continued to evolve alongside The Nest. Liz now teaches Pilates, bringing a deep awareness of form and flow, while Nicole leads yoga classes, transformational retreats, and healing circles that invite meaningful change. Together, they pour their hearts into everything The Nest offers—because it’s not just a studio. It’s a living, breathing community that transforms lives… including their own.
Spring Equinox Meditation
The Spring Equinox marks a rare moment of perfect balance — equal light and equal dark. It is the quiet turning point between seasons, where we pause before stepping fully into growth.
In this 60-minute guided meditation, we’ll honor the season we’re leaving, reconnect to inner balance, and gently plant intentions for what’s ready to emerge. Through breathwork, visualization, and reflective stillness, you’ll be invited to release what feels complete and cultivate the qualities you’re ready to grow this spring.
